Brooke Library to Library to host storytime, movie and ‘Duckorate’

WELLSBURG – The Brooke County Public Library will offer several upcoming programs for the community.

An Evening Explore & Learn Storytime with Miss Kim will be held Thursday, May 7, at 5 p.m., featuring a story and hands-on activities. Space is limited.

The library also will host an afternoon movie, “I Can Only Imagine 2,” rated PG, on Friday, May 8, at noon. Attendees are invited to bring their lunch, with popcorn and water provided.

In addition, patrons can take part in the “Duckorate” program by picking up a rubber duck kit at the Wellsburg or Follansbee library locations to decorate at home, while supplies last. Completed ducks and lily pads should be returned to the library for photos, or submitted by email to bcpl@wvlc.lib.wv.us by June 5.
