Upcoming library activities
STEUBENVILLE — The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County has announced its upcoming activities and events for the start of the new year.
Those interested in participating in any of the following activities is asked to contact the branch where it will be held to reserve a seat.
A winter reading program will take place at all area branches beginning Jan. 12. The program will run through March 31, with all ages welcome to participate. Participants will have an opportunity to meet reading goals and win prizes. Visit your nearest library branch to pick up a Checkout Challenge packet to get started.

Teens: Pick up a grab-and-go craft beginning Monday, while supplies last.
Adults: The Deep Dive Book Club will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Tai Chi will be offered at 10 a.m. Thursday.
The Mystery Book Club will meet at 11 a.m. Jan. 12.
Children: Pick up a Yeti grab-and-go craft to do at home beginning Thursday, while supplies last.
Tot Time will be offered at 11 a.m. Jan. 13 and Jan. 14 and at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 15.
