Reading program to begin
STEUBENVILLE — “Overdue” it during the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County’s Winter Reading Program. The event will take place from Jan. 12 to March 31.
All ages are welcome to participate, according to officials, who said the purpose of the program is set and meet reading goals to win prizes.
Visit the nearest library branch to pick up a Checkout Challenge packet and get started.

Children: Pick up a grab-and-go bag to make a winter craft beginning Jan. 12, while supplies last.
Bring your children to Babygarten at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 15 and Jan. 29. This free lap-sit program is for infants ages birth to 2 years of age and offers rhymes, songs and books. Register to attend.
