Union donates to charities
The Ohio Laborers’ Union donated $4,100 to 24 charities across the state, bringing contributions to approximately $100,000. The union is committed to improving communities where its members live and work. Donations were made possible through 22 local union halls, signatory contractors and industry partners. A charity golf scramble, organized by Ohio LECET and the Ohio Contractors Association was held Aug. 22 at Deer Ridge Golf Course in Bellville, fostering a spirit of camaraderie among labor, employers and industry supporters, coming together to give back.
