The volleyball team played against Weir High School and Catholic Central High School. In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the team raised $1,819 for the Wheeling Cancer Center through the drawing, Chinese auction and other fundraisers. Loved ones who battled cancer were remembered during the game with a display of pink ribbons, while time was taken to recognize local cancer survivors in attendance. The Brooke High School Art Club participated by offering free face painting.
