JVS announces homecoming court

The Jefferson County Vocational School announced this year’s homecoming court. The king and queen will be selected during an assembly scheduled for today. The homecoming dance, which will have a theme of Nocturnal Bloom, will take place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday in the school commons area. Queen and king candidates include, from left, front, Kaylee Sandy, Harrison Central High School; Zoey Wright, Edison High School; Joshlynn Roghelia, Indian Creek High School; Payton Lamantia, Steubenville High School; Mary Sammut, home-schooled; and Honoree Dowdell, Buckeye Local High School; and back, Mason Meeks, Steubenville Catholic Central; Julian Reese, Harrison; Connor Watson, Edison; Caden Byers, Indian Creek; Hayden Aggers, Steubenville; Landon Jaworski, Toronto High School; and Ryan Mort, Buckeye Local. Others on the court include Madison West, Toronto; and Rafael Lash, home-schooled.
