STEM Camp

Approximately 35 campers, along with adult leaders, took part in St. Paul Catholic School’s third-annual Summer STEM Camp. The event at the Weirton school allowed students to participate in various learning activities, with a focus on science, technology, engineering and math. Campers enjoyed several different hands-on, problem-based learning experiments. Among the activities were bubble science projects, which included Corbin Braho, at top, learning from inside a bubble. Below, campers had the opportunity to learn STEM studies through their own foam party, according to organizers. The foam party included, from left, campers Gia Baker, Ally Osleger, Emmy Souffrant and Seraphina Rocchio.
