Library announces StoryWalks/events
STEUBENVILLE — Beginning Monday, children can visit any local branch of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County to pick up a Fourth of July grab-and-go craft.
Each bag will contain the necessary supplies to create a patriotic picture frame. This will be a take-home craft and is being sponsored by Capital Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers.
A new StoryWalk is being planned for 10 a.m. Saturday in Richmond Park.
While children are enjoying the StoryWalk, organizers will have dog treats available for those who walk their dogs at the park, and an edible grab-and-go craft will be available for residents of all ages, while supplies last. The library has scheduled the following activities which begin on Sunday and run through July 5.
