Members of the Fort Steuben Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution continued their tradition of helping open the annual Frontier Days at Historic Fort Steuben on June 7. One aspect of being a DAR member is to participate in local patriotic events, according to officials. This year, members led in the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance.
