Theresa Kerker was the recipient of the Dr. Jim Mills Scholarship. Kerker was a recent graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School and is attending Notre Dame, majoring in pre-med. Mills was an emergency physician at Trinity West Medical Center. Those on the scholarship committee took part in the presentation, and included from left, Sarah Mills Ensinger, Penny Mills, Joe Corabi, Kerker and Suzanne Brown.
