JOINS STAFF: Sarah Faldowski has joined the staff at Cedar One Realty.

PROGRAM RETURNS: The Steubenville YMCA is proud to announce the successful revival of its specialized Parkinson’s boxing fitness program, bringing a vital health resource to regional seniors.
Fitness instructor Robert Bucey brings more than 20 years of expertise in senior-specific exercise, having spent two decades teaching Tai Chi, yoga, and mobility classes to older adults across the Tri-State Area. Under his leadership, the program offers a structured, safe and empowering environment for participants.
The non-contact boxing classes utilize rhythmic movement, hand-eye drills and agility exercises tailored specifically to combat the motor symptom progression of Parkinson’s disease.
The program operates on an updated schedule, meeting every Monday and Friday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Steubenville YMCA facility located at 3131 Johnson Road.
