JOINS STAFF: Kassidy Lynn Traczyk has joined the staff at Cedar One Realty.
She is a St. Clairsville resident and licensed real estate professional who is dedicated to helping individuals and families throughout the Ohio Valley find a place they’re proud to call home.
Traczyk attended Bellaire St. John’s and St. Clairsville High School and earned her real estate education through the CE Shop, obtaining her real estate license in 2025. She brings a personal understanding of the Ohio Valley and a genuine passion for helping others navigate their real estate journey.
She and her husband, Aidan, are proud parents to their two sons, Braxton and Kacen. Their family includes Draco the dog, Katie the horse and Chunk the cat.
Whether helping clients buy their first home, find their next one, or make a move within the community she knows, Traczyk is committed to providing a friendly, dedicated and personalized experience.
Her goal is simple: Helping the Ohio Valley love where they live.

NEW LEADERSHIP: Serenity Hills Life Center in Wheeling announced that the organization is moving forward under new leadership. The center reports that programs are strong, its team is growing, and the organization is well positioned for the year ahead.
Sheila Weese, medical director, and Dr. Sarah Dean, clinical director, bring years of experience in healthcare operations / behavioral health, along with leadership and a strong commitment to the people Serenity Hills serves.
Under the new leadership, Serenity Hills has continued to invest in its programs, its staff, and the quality of care it provides. The organization says recent months have brought meaningful progress across the center, and that the team remains focused on doing right by every person who walks through the door.
"Today, Serenity Hills is entering a new chapter under new leadership and management. We are working hard to create a stronger foundation, improve daily operations, and provide a fresh start for the facility and the women we serve," said Weese.
Serenity Hills provides residential and outpatient recovery services for women and families across the Ohio Valley, along with peer support, family programming, and sober living. The center continues to welcome referrals from its community partners throughout the region.
