Bob Fowler and the staff of Sugar Pappy’s Pizza were joined, recently, by members of the Brooke County Area Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the opening of the new business. Located at the Fowler Farm at 1049 West Liberty Road, Bethany, Sugar Pappy’s offers a variety of regular and specialty pizzas, pepperoni rolls, "cow" zones, and more.
