STEUBENVILLE -- Ken Perkins, owner and president of Tri-State Financial Services, has earned platinum level status, placing him in the top 235 advisers at Cetera Financial Group’s annual awards conference, Circle of Excellence.
Since 2013, Perkins has been affiliated with Cetera, the wealth hub, where financial advisers and institutions optimize their control and value creation. Each year, Circle of Excellence recognizes the accomplishments and leadership of Cetera’s top professionals.
Perkins, a perennial qualifier for the Circle of Excellence since 2018, said he and his wife, Becky, have made many friends at the conferences. In addition to the friendships, networks have formed, and members of a small group of advisers communicate bi-monthly and keep each other motivated and informed of the best practices to reach their individual goals. The Circle of Excellence motivates advisers to strive to do more for their community, clients and family, he said.
“Cetera’s Circle of Excellence award winners represent the very best of our adviser community,” said Tim Stinson, leader of Cetera’s Large Enterprise Channel. “We are deeply grateful for the dedication they bring to Cetera and their clients each day, and for their commitment to helping individuals and families move confidently toward their goals. These financial professionals embody the values that drive Cetera forward, and we’re proud to recognize their outstanding achievements.”
Conference attendees also participated in a variety of sessions, networking opportunities and presenters, including keynote speakers.
Perkins, who has 41 years of experience in the financial services industry, has been serving residents of the Tri-State Area since 1991.
Cetera is home to approximately 12,000 financial professionals and institutions. As of Dec. 31, Cetera firms manage approximately $640 billion in assets under administration and $294 billion in assets under management.
