Representatives of the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce and City of Weirton joined other guests at Woodland Hills Assisted Living, Tuesday, for a ribbon cutting celebration. Licensed for 23 residential spaces, Woodland Hills transitioned last year to the ownership of Lee and Grace Eltringham, who are focused on carrying on the tradition of compassionate care for their residents.
