Klein retires from Capital Recovery Systems
GAHANNA — Craig Klein is retiring as president of Capital Recovery Systems Inc., the firm has announced.
Katie Borchers has been appointed to follow him in that role.
After decades of leadership and service, Klein, a Steubenville native, is transitioning into an advisory role, where he will continue to support the organization and its leadership team. Under his guidance, Capital Recovery Systems earned a reputation for exceptional client service, ethical receivables management and long-term client partnerships.
“It has been an honor to lead Capital Recovery Systems and work alongside an incredible team and loyal clients,” said Klein. “Katie brings the experience, vision and leadership needed to guide the company into its next chapter. I look forward to supporting her and the organization in my advisory role.”
Borchers brings extensive experience in receivables management, customer engagement, and consumer communication technology. Throughout her career, she has focused on leveraging innovative communication solutions to improve customer service, increase consumer engagement, and deliver stronger recovery outcomes.
“Craig has built an outstanding organization grounded in trust, professionalism, and long-term client relationships,” said Borchers. “As we move forward, our commitment to those values remains unchanged. Our focus will be on modernizing communication while preserving relationships — using technology to create more convenient, effective ways for consumers to engage, while continuing to deliver the personalized service and recovery results our clients expect.”
Under Borchers’ leadership, Capital Recovery plans to expand its investment in consumer communication technology and customer engagement strategies. These enhancements will create more opportunities for consumers to connect through the channels they prefer, improve the customer experience and help clients achieve stronger recovery performance.
While the company embraces innovation, its foundation remains unchanged: exceptional service, compliance, professionalism and trusted partnerships.
Clients can expect a seamless transition with no disruption to services, personnel or existing relationships.
