JOINS STAFF: Amber Huff has joined the staff at Cedar One Realty. She brings a strong background in both property management and legal support to her role.

For the past four years, she has worked remotely with a property management company based in Fort Worth, Texas, gaining valuable experience in operations, organization and client service. Huff holds a paralegal degree and has applied her legal knowledge while working with several local law firms, including Cuomo & Cuomo Law Offices.

Her combined experience in property management and the legal field allows her to navigate complex situations with confidence, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail — ensuring that every client receives reliable and efficient support.

Outside of her professional life, Huff enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in her son’s many sports activities. She has a passion for crafting, which allows her to express her creativity.

A Weir High graduate, Fidler continued her education through the International Association of Professions Career College, earning her wedding planning certification. This experience sharpened her skills in coordination, communication, and managing important life moments — qualities that translate seamlessly into real estate.

She obtained her real estate license through The CE Shop and has built her career around personalized service, strong communication, and a genuine dedication to her clients’ goals.

Outside of real estate, Fidler is an entrepreneur with multiple creative ventures, including her cake and baking business, Cakes by Jenn; her wedding planning business, Details & I Do’s; and her floral business, Bloomin’ Bling. Her family includes her mother, stepdad, three sisters, one brother and two cats.

She serves clients throughout the Ohio Valley from her home base in Wintersville. Licensed in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, she offers a wide reach and in-depth local knowledge to help clients navigate multiple markets with confidence.

A graduate of John Marshall High School and Eastern Gateway Community College, where she earned her paramedic certification, she pursued her real estate education through Hondros College as well as Cooke Real Estate School, obtaining her real estate license in 2021. Yant has earned the President’s Club Sales Award three consecutive years–2023, 2024 and 2025.

As a military relocation professional and a luxury home agent, she brings specialized expertise to a wide range of clients–from service members and their families navigating relocation, to buyers and sellers in the luxury market seeking a high-level, tailored experience.

Before transitioning into real estate, Yant spent 20 years serving her community in emergency medical services as an EMT and paramedic.

Originally born and raised in McMechen, she resides in Wintersville, with her husband, Kyle, and their four children — Tyler, Tori, Mason and Carter — as well as their fur baby, Cooper.
