JOINS CEDAR ONE: Noelle Koos has joined the real estate team at Cedar One Realty. A 2002 graduate of Indian Creek High School and a resident of Bloomingdale, Koos brings strong local knowledge and a deep connection to the community.

After obtaining her real estate license through Hondros College, she built a foundation with eight years of experience in the industry. She then took time away from real estate to focus on what matters most — being a full-time mom to her three children. Now, she’s excited to be back doing what she loves and is ready to help clients find and sell homes with confidence.

Koos has enthusiasm for all things home. Her approachable style, combined with her experience, allows her to build relationships and deliver a smooth, personalized experience for every client.
