Tucker Arensberg welcomes attorneys, staff

PITTSBURGH — Three attorneys and two legal support staff from Yukevich, Marchetti, Fischer & Zangrilli have joined the firm of Tucker Arensberg, effective Monday.

This transition follows the retirement of founding partner Michael Yukevich and Christopher Marchetti, and the recent death of founding partner Albert J. Zangrilli, Jr.

The incoming attorneys and staff include:

• Mark F. Fischer, shareholder – business and finance;

• Kevin J. O’Hare, shareholder – business and finance;

• Ronald J. Lefebvre, associate – business and finance;

• Natalie W. Jula, legal assistant; and

• Cathy A. Ziegler, legal assistant and office manager.

YMFZ, a respected Pittsburgh law firm for more than three decades, has a long history of sophisticated practices across business law, finance and banking, technology (in the health care benefits and financial markets), commercial litigation, municipal law, estate planning and real estate and oil and gas.

Mark Fischer, managing shareholder at YMFZ and a longtime Steubenville resident, recognized that Tucker Arensberg’s broad practice groups — including finance, corporate, municipal, ERISA/benefits and litigation — would provide an ideal platform for their attorneys and staff, ensuring clients continue to receive top-tier legal services with access to additional resources and capabilities.

“By joining Tucker Arensberg, our attorneys and staff can continue to provide exceptional service to clients while leveraging the firm’s deeper bench and broader resources,” said Fischer. “This move is business as usual and ensures continuity for our clients, while expanding the services available to them.”

Fischer has been a key part of YMFZ since shortly after its founding in 1990. With more than 30 years of experience, his practice focuses on business law, complex commercial and technology contracting, and high-stakes litigation.

He is widely recognized for his work in technology transactions, advising clients in the health care, financial services and technology sectors on SaaS agreements, data-sharing arrangements, software licensing and intellectual property matters. He also counsels financial institutions on corporate and commercial finance and asset servicing arrangements.

In addition to serving large corporations, Fischer has long represented small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Pittsburgh region, advising on business formation and sales, real estate transactions, employment and non-compete agreements, and commercial disputes.

Many of these client relationships span decades.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mark, Kevin, Ron, Natalie and Cathy to Tucker Arensberg,” said Irving Firman, managing shareholder of Tucker Arensberg. “Their deep experience, and commitment to clients perfectly complement our existing practice groups. This integration strengthens our ability to serve clients across business, finance, municipal, ERISA, and litigation matters, offering more resources and a larger platform to meet their needs. I have known Mark professionally for many years and have long regarded him as a lawyer’s lawyer, and we are especially pleased to welcome him to the firm.”

The incoming attorneys will integrate into Tucker Arensberg’s business and finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, municipal and ERISA/benefits practice groups, enhancing client access to legal expertise across multiple disciplines.
