Members of the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce, along with other guests, gathered for a combined ribbon cutting celebration Oct. 22 for Boutique J Jones and Rowings Italian Ice at 243 Three Springs Drive. The event included special sales and promotional giveaways, as well as an opportunity to try some new, seasonal products. Representatives from the city also presented each business with certificates of appreciation.
