She told deputies he’s been texting her and has been following her around, and they’d seen him “in the alley across the street watching the house.” She said he’s been sending her texts from her son’s old phone, pretending to be the boy” and at one point bragged he’d flown a drone by her bedroom “and saw her in there with (her boyfriend.)” Her estranged husband insisted he’s not stalking them or texting her, but admitted taking a picture of the boyfriend to “show proof (he) was driving the vehicle.” He said he’d been to told his ex and the other man had “bought a gun and were following him” and claimed he’d driven to Rural King and “found them sitting in their car watching him” and insisted the only reason he goes to his ex’s home is to bring their kids and his ex and the other man have used his son’s phone to threaten him. He said he didn’t want to pursue charges because he’s taking her to court. The other man denied his claims and said he’d already blocked the ex’s phone number, doesn’t have a gun and hasn’t been following him. He said he’d seen the ex in the alley earlier that day before police arrived. Police advised all three what they’d need to do to obtain a protection order.

He told deputies he woke up to find a text on his phone from a number he didn’t recognize and “thought someone was messing with him on Christmas” so he called it. The man who answered identified himself then told the Rayland man he wanted him and his girlfriend to meet him at “the Picoma Park so he could put ia bullet n their head, then told (him) he put a spell on his mother” before claiming he owes him $100. The Rayland man said he’d purchased a truck from the texter’s father years ago and the texter believes he owes him money, “but the truck was paid off … and (he) has the title.” He told the man if he thinks he’s owed money he can take him to court, but in the meantime he told deputies he’d like to pursue charges against the texter. The other man denied making threats toward him and insisted it was “actually (the Rayland man) making threats to him” and that he’d stolen money from his father. He said he intends to file for a protection order.
