Alexis D. Flynn, 26, 385 Truax Lane, Weirton, DUI, reckless driving, Oct. 25, arrested after passing a vehicle on Pennsylvania Avenue in an alleged road rage incident and being intoxicated.
Trillyn L. Jones, 23, 467 South 7th St., Steubenville, shoplifting, Oct. 25, arrested after allegedly shoplifting $10.47 worth of product at Sheetz.
Autumn M. Crisi, 19, 4019 Washington St., Weirton, underage consumption of alcohol, Tuesday, issued a summons after arriving home in a drunken state.

Free for all: A man who police have gotten to know in recent weeks refused to leave Cash America because the employees wouldn’t give him a gun, Saturday. The man asked employees to call police for him, and when they arrived he told them he wanted employees “to give him a firearm for free as he is owed one and is above the police.” Police told him he needed to leave the store and not return.
Bizarre: A man asked an employee at the midtown Speedway “how much money they keep in their cash register” before leaving the store to sit in his car, Saturday. A few minutes later the man came back inside and stole a sandwich from the hot food stand, and as he left, “(made) a statement about returning for the registers.”
Over and out: A Ridge Avenue resident said he confronted his girlfriend after finding out “(she) was cheating on him,” Friday. He said the disagreement was strictly verbal, which she confirmed, and said he just wants her to leave.
Overnighter: A man who had been sleeping on the stage at Fort Steuben Park said he woke up to find his cell phone missing, Saturday. He said he didn’t know who would take it, nor did anyone stay there with him.
Sour note: A Shady Avenue resident told police he was bothered by “music that was using bad language” at his gym and when he asked the other individual to turn it down he refused, Saturday. He said he went to an employee to raise his concerns and claims the employee “put his hands on him and pushed him before threatening to ‘drop him.'” The music man said they’ve had words in the past over his musical choices “and he has turned it off when asked.” He said on that day, the man had “come up to him aggressively and demanded that he turn off his music” and his brother, who works there, came over to separate them.
Walking in his shoes: A resident in the 1400 block of West Adams Street said two people walking past his home stole a pair of brown shoes from his porch, Saturday. He said one of them walked up to the porch and grabbed his shoes and handed them to the other, who put them on before leaving on foot.
Cited: A driver who lost his brakes in the 800 block of University Boulevard said his car went through a fence and struck a vehicle parked on the other side, Friday. George Cartia, 54, homeless, was cited for failure to control and having no insurance.
Go home: A Henry Avenue resident told police a group of people had entered his garage, Saturday. He said one of them is a friend but he “doesn’t want him on his property” that late, so police advised the man to leave.
Pushed out: An employee at Fort Steuben Apartments said a man was “upset with him for having a vehicle towed” and argued with him “before pushing him,” Saturday.
Creepy: A woman told police she and a friend found a tracking device in her vehicle, Saturday. Police said the device had been active for several days. She asked police to take the tracker.
Damaged: Three golf carts at the Steubenville Country Club were vandalized, Friday. Six or seven individuals were observed on camera walking around the carts and were able to start several of them, driving them out of view of the camera. A groundskeeper advised the damage could be around $10,000.
Wired up: “Multiple wires” were down in the 100 block of Marion Place, Saturday. A resident said a large box truck “traveled through the cul-de-sac … and caught the wires.”
Broke it down: A South Fifth Street resident wanted police to be aware a woman with a protection order barring him from being within 500 feet of her was visiting his neighbor, but he hadn’t spoken to her, Friday. Police advised him to tell the judge about her coming within 500 feet of him at their next court date.
Disturbing the peace: A disturbance was reported in the vicinity of Pico Park, Saturday. The caller said she “could hear several subjects yelling near the park,” but despite a thorough search of the area, police were unable to locate the individuals involved.
Move it or lose it: A caller complained about vehicles parked in a no-parking zone in the 700 block of Woodlawn Road, Friday. Police said five vehicles were parked in the roadway, so they made contact with the resident who had them moved.
Break: Employees at a downtown business told police someone was “sleeping in a vehicle and refusing to leave,” Saturday. The man told police he was traveling from Cleveland and pulled off to rest.
Served: Dashay D. Miller, 27, 1646 Ridge Ave., Steubenville, warrant (falsification), Saturday.
Cited: Rocky L. Ewing, 39, 377 Lawson Ave., Steubenville, no registration light.
