Mr. and Mrs. Tye Levi

WINTERSVILLE — Kaitlin Elizabeth Govey and Tye Morgan Levi were united in marriage on Nov. 26, 2022, at Diamond Lake Event Barn in Scio with the Rev. Michael Lollini officiating the 3:30 p.m. outdoor ceremony by the pond.

The reception was held there afterward, and the couple are planning a cruise in the summer of 2023.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Govey of Weirton. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy Groves of Steubenville.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a fit-and-flare style Allure gown which had a sheer illusion netting topped with beaded appliques that completed the cathedral train.

Caitlin Worst served as the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Emily Allen, Sarah Allen, Amber Govey, Paige Russell and Corin McFarland, all cousins of the bride; Sydney Donato, sister of the groom; and Logan Colabella.

Paul Molanaro served as the best man. Groomsmen were Kaden Govey and Konner Govey, brothers of the bride; Sean Donato, brother-in-law; and Justin Gibson, Clay Gilliam, Aaron Dickey and Tyler Yoho.

The flower girl was Aubree Donato, and Kellen Groves was the ring bearer.

The bride is a 2014 graduate of Brooke High School. She graduated from Marshall University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in education and a minor in special education. She is employed with Steubenville City Schools teaching transitional kindergarten.

The groom is a 2014 graduate of Indian Creek High School and is a paramedic at the Wintersville Fire Department.

The couple reside in Wintersville.
