WINTERSVILLE – Randi Lynn Truax and Edward Franke were united in marriage on Aug. 3 at the Lighthouse Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Richmond, with the Rev. Anthony Bianchini officiating the 3:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Randy Truax.
The groom is the son of Ernest Franke and Sheryl Claypool-Dorton.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father. She wore a slim line satin gown with corset closure and embellished lace overlay. Her flowers were a mixture of sunflowers, peach roses, purple caspias and Queen Ann’s lace.
The couple’s son Xander, served as the ring bearer.
The flower girl was Bella Truax, niece of the bride.
A reception was held at American Legion Post 86 in Toronto.
The bride is a 2005 Edison High School graduate and a 2012 Eastern Gateway Community College graduate with an associate degree in medical assisting. She is employed with Trinity Health System as a medical assistant.
The groom graduated from Toronto High School in 1995 and the OSHP Academy in 2001. He is a Marine veteran. He is employed as an Ohio State Highway patrolman.
The couple reside in Wintersville.
