FOLLANSBEE — Paul and Amanda Oxier of Follansbee, and Chad and Misty Sole of Wellsburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexis Laurene Sole to Connor Alexander King, son of Colin and Valerie King of Weirton.

Alexis is a 2021 graduate of Brooke High School. She is employed at Weirton Medical Center as a PCT and is a student at West Virginia Northern Community College.

She is studying surgical technology.

Connor is a 2019 graduate of Brooke High School. He is employed by the city of Weirton.

The couple is planning a June wedding at Hidden Acres in Mingo Junction.
