TORONTO — Lathan Goray and Lindsey Winstel, both of Toronto, have announced their engagement and approaching marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lance and Sherri Winstel of Toronto. She is a 2016 graduate of Toronto High School and attended Bella Capelli Academy in Robinson Township, Pa. She is a hairstylist with Hair Topics of Imperial, Pa.

Her fiance is the son of Jessica Edgell and D.J. Irwin and David “Shorty” Goray and Jenny Wilson, all of Toronto.

He is a 2018 graduate of Toronto High School and attended the New Castle School of Trades in East Liverpool. He is a welder with Cryogenic Construction of Mingo Junction.

The couple are planning an Oct. 14, 2023, wedding.
