EMPIRE — Randy and Rachel Westbrook of Empire announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayleigh, to Nick Fisher, the son of Kristen and Rodger Fisher of Steubenville.

The bride-to-be is a 2020 graduate of Ohio State University and works as a respiratory protection engineer at MSA Safety.

Her fiance is currently attending Southeast Linesman Training Center to become an electrical linesman.
