Engagement

WEIRTON — Rinaldo and Melissa Veltri of Weirton announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Veltri, to James Ferrell, son of Allen and Jane Ferrell.

The bride-to-be received an associates degree in applied science in nursing from West Virginia Northern and her bachelor of science degree in nursing from West Virginia University. She is a registered nurse at CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital in Charleston, W.Va.

Her fiance received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Wheeling Jesuit University. He is a contract analyst for TC Energy in Charleston.

The wedding is planned for June 27, 2020, in Weirton.
