WELLSBURG -- Clarence T. Jr. and Tammy L. (Aracich) Black announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their only son, Clarence T. Black III, to Kaylyn D. Jones, daughter of Carol Jones of Wellsburg and Donald Henderson of Steubenville
The couple reside in Wellsburg and are both graduates of Brooke High School.
He is employed as a pilot at Bellaire Harbor.
The couple will exchange vows in Weirton on Aug. 17.
