The bride-to-be is the daughter of Margaret and Daniel Tizziani of Toronto. The groom is the son of Vickie and Edward Zeigler, also of Toronto.
The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 2017 graduate of Eastern Gateway Community College.
Her fiance is a 2009 graduate of Toronto High School. He graduated from West Virginia Northern Community College in 2014 with a degree in power plant technology. He is employed at FirstEnergy in Stratton.
A wedding is planned May 26.
