TORONTO – Rick and Patty Mesmer of East Palestine announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Rae, to David Lloyd Miller, son of Lloyd Miller of Toronto and Rebecca Miller of Tampa, Fla.
The bride-to-be earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration from Youngstown State University and will graduate in May with a master’s degree in health administration from Ohio University. She is employed as an administrative coordinator with UPMC in Cranberry Township, Pa.
Her fiance received a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science from West Liberty University. He is employed as a laboratory technician with UPMC in Verona, Pa. An October wedding is planned in Youngstown, and the couple will continue to reside in Pittsburgh.
