EAST LIVERPOOL – The Rev. Larry and Susan Hukill of East Liverpool, formerly of Richmond, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kathryn “Katie” Danae, to Ryan Thomas Herron, son of Dr. Thomas and Jeanne Herron of South Euclid, Ohio, and the late Rosemary Herron.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Cambridge High School and a 2012 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She is the manager of the Follett Book Store at the Community College of Allegheny County West Hills Center.
Her fiance is a graduate of Copley High School and a 2007 graduate of Ohio State University with a bachelor of arts degree. He also is a 2015 graduate of Hocking College with an associate degree in nursing. He plans to pursue employment in the nursing field.
They plan to be married Oct. 24 at Aspen Manor Resort in Wellsburg.
