COLLIERS – Larry and Jill Mazzella of Colliers announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelcey Marie, to Anthony Tyler Pepe, son of Anthony and Mary Kay Pepe of Wellsburg.
The bride-to-be graduated from West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in science in dental hygiene. She is employed by Dr. David Edwards as a dental hygienist.
Her fiance also graduate from WLU with a bachelor’s degee in elementary education. He is employed as a teacher with the Brooke County Board of Education.
A wedding is planned in June at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Follansbee.
