The bride-to-be is the daughter of Diane and Scott Peltz of Cadiz. She is a 2009 graduate of Harrison Central High School and a 2011 graduate of Belmont Technical College.
She is employed by Dr. Patsy P. Cipoletti Jr. in Wellsburg as a medical assistant.
Her fiance is the son of Beverly and Donald Writesel of Hopedale. He is a 2007 graduate of Harrison Central High School and Jefferson County Joint Vocational School.
He is employed by A.R.M. in Wintersville as a welder.
An Aug. 16 wedding is planned.
