WEIRTON – Jonathan Farmer, son of the late Robert and Judy Farmer, and Roberta Galiano, daughter of the late Robert and Mary Vanhoy, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is a Brooke High School graduate. She also is a graduate of the former Jefferson Community College and a current student at Belmont College.
Her fiance is a graduate of Mingo High School. He also is a graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute.
A wedding is planned Oct. 19.
