RAYLAND – Autumn Morrison and Mark Francis, both of Rayland, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gail and Robert Fisher of Mount Pleasant. She is a 1998 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and a 2002 graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate degree in mental health/early childhood development. She is self-employed.
Her fiance is the son of Colleen Francis of Rayland and the late Russell Francis. He also is a 1998 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and is employed by Minerals Technologies Inc.
A wedding is planned Sept. 14.
