WELLSBURG – Mark and Sharon Sperlazza of Wellsburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachael, to Francesco Ferrise, son of Bernard and Debra Ferrise of Follansbee.
The bride-to-be is a 2011 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is employed with the Brooke-Hancock Family Resource Network Drug Prevention program.
Her fiance is a graduate of WLU and is employed as a sales leader at Waste Management.
A wedding is planned Aug. 31 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Wellsburg.
