WINTERSVILLE — Mr. and Mrs. Harold “Bo” Brown of Wintersville, celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on July 17.

Brown and the former Kathryn “Kay” Shanley were united in marriage July 17, 1958, at the First United Methodist Church in Mingo Junction.

He is the son of the late James and Nellie Brown. He is retired from the locomotive shop at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp.

She is the daughter of the late Thomas and Lillian Shanley and is a homemaker.

They are the parents of three children: Harold “Bo” Brown of Mingo Junction; Susan (Ralph) Parissi of Steubenville; and David Brown of Wintersville. Seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren complete the family.
