WEIRTON — Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pierce of Weirton celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Sept. 27.

Pierce and the former Sherry Channing were united in marriage on Sept. 27, 1997, at Cove United Presbyterian Church in Weirton.

He is the son of Charles and Barbara Pierce of Burgettstown. He works for Local 66 Operators Union.

She is the daughter of Darald and Patty Channing of Weirton. She is a nurse at Weirton Medical Center.

The couple have two children — Tori of New York and Cameron of Florida.

The couple celebrated with a trip to Aruba.
