AMSTERDAM -- Mr. and Mrs. Fritz Tulencik of Amsterdam are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Tulencik and the former Jackie Bauerle were united in marriage on July 24, 1971, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Willard, Ohio, by co-celebrants the Rev. Richard Bauerle, uncle of the bride, and the Rev. Stanley Zekas.
He is the son of the late Ferdinand and Mary Tulencik and is retired from Edison Local School District
She is the daughter of Esther Bauerle of Centennial, Colo., and the late Otto Bauerle. She is a cantor at Blessed Sacrament Church in Wintersville.
They have two children, Angela Mosic and Aaron Tulencik, both of Columbus.
They have four grandchildren.
