RICHMOND -- Mr. and Mrs. James Benton will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Wednesday.
Benton and the former Carla Hough were married on Sept. 2, 1980, in Steubenville.
He is the son of the late Kay and Charles Benton and is employed by TIMET.
She is the daughter of the late Lynn and Don Hough.
