Diocese of Wheeling- Charleston prepares to reopen mass
WHEELING — Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston officials are making preparations to eventually reopen Catholic churches across West Virginia, although they are not expecting to hold public Masses this Sunday. Bishop Mark Brennan said Tuesday the diocese has formed a committee of religious and lay leaders to make recommendations and receive feedback on how to safely resume the public celebration of the Mass.
