William D. “Bill” Murtland, 86, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Wednesday March 20, 2024 at the Laurels of Steubenville, OH. He was born January 14, 1938 in Mingo Junction, OH, a son of the late Edward and Geraldine R. (Jacobs) Murtland. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Charlene Murtland; and a brother-in-law, Kelly Lonetto. Bill graduated from Mingo High School in 1955.
