Sally Ellen DeVore, 73, passed away on January 6, 2025. She was born on June 15, 1951, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Herbert and Betty (Pillot) Tennant. In addition to her parents, Sally is preceded in death by her husband, William P. DeVore; and her brother, Herbert C.
