She was born December 20, 1938 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Frank A. “Pete” and Dorothy (Phillipson) Kelly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell C. Hyde. Nancy was a homemaker, and she also worked for Allen Jewelers out of the former Treasurer Island.
