STEUBENVILLE — August is dedicated to promoting breastfeeding and its benefits, as proclaimed by the U.S. Breastfeeding Committee. Breastfeeding rates and barriers in the United States vary greatly across different racial, geographical and socioeconomic groups and among those with access to paid leave.
