Steubenville Police Thoughtless: A Scioto Drive resident said a neighbor is intentionally blowing grass clippings and dirt in her yard when he mows, Tuesday. She said when she tried talking about it, he “told her that he was not going to change how he mowed the lawn.” Police tried to speak with him but were unsuccessful. Rode away: Employees at Walmart said a man took the bus to the mall and “immediately walked to the bike section (and) walked the bike out of the store without paying for it,” Tuesday.
