Steubenville Police Telling whoppers: A caller reported a woman sleeping on the porch of a vacant property in the 1500 block of Maryland Avenue, Wednesday. Police said the woman told them she had permission to be there, but they contacted the property’s maintenance supervisor who told her to leave.
