Jefferson County Drug Task Force Two Steubenville residents were booked into the Jefferson County Jail Thursday after detectives with the Drug Task Force and Steubenville police executed search warrants at their, task force Commander Maj. Chris Vinci reported. Charged were: • Sean Dudley, 47, 111 McDowell Ave., felony drug possession. Vinci said Dudley also was charged with violating the terms of his probation for previous drug charges. Jefferson County Sheriff Scammers lurking: A Toronto resident said someone claiming to be with CitiBank Credit Card Service tried to scam him, Wednesday. He said the scammer had his identifying information and told him someone had attempted to purchase four guns and have them shipped to a New Jersey address” and was going to “transfer the call to the FBI.” He said the purported FBI agent lost interest and hung up when he asked for a name.
