PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Ballet Theater’s “America 250” with the PBT orchestra, opens Feb. 20 at the Benedum Center. This mixed repertory production will run for four performances during the weekend of Feb. 20-22. CADIZ — The Ohio Local History Alliance, Region 5, will meet at the Puskarich Public Library, located at 200 E. Market St. in Cadiz on March 21.
